Prior Employment

 

 

This function provides a method of recording an employee’s work history.

 

After Division and Employee Selection, the system displays a list of the employee's Prior Employment at the bottom of the page.

Edit/Remove

To make changes, click in the desired row to display the employment details and enter the new data in the related fields.

To delete a previous employer, click .

Add Prior Employment

Enter employment data as follows:

The Company Name of the employee's previous employer.

The previous employer's Street Address, City, State and Zip code.

Enter the Start Date and End Date of employment with the Company.

Enter the employee's Job Title at the previous employer.

Enter the previous employer's Phone number.

Click to store your entries. The Vision Prior Employment Master is updated accordingly.
